Read-A-Thon
The LWPTSA extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our Wildcats who participated! We're incredibly proud of our readers and grateful for your support, which made our fundraiser a success.
Our students collectively logged over 53,000 minutes!
*Our Top reader was 3rd Grader Mackenzie L who logged over 3,200 minutes!! Excellent work Mackenzie, we hope you read some good books!
*Wyatt L who is also a 3rd grader was our top earner, raising over $500! Way to go Wyatt!
*A huge shout out to Mrs Haws class who collectively were not only the class with the most minutes read at over 14,300 minutes but also the class who raised the most at nearly$2,000. They have earned a Hot Chocolate party provided by the PTSA!! We can't wait to celebrate your success!

FAQs
How do I purchase tickets?
Simply show up at the day of your event at Gotcha and let reception know that you are part of your school’s event.
Who can purchase the discounted tickets for this event?
Students, teachers, faculty of the school, along with their families, are allowed to buy tickets under the specific discount code.
Do I need to fill out a waiver?
Yes. Everyone must be covered by a waiver. Any adult (over 18) needs to fill out a waiver to play in our arena. Parents and guardians are required to fill out our waiver and add children and minors under their waiver.
Can I fill out a waiver before I arrive?
Yes! In fact, it is the easy way to go! Go to the Gotcha-arenas.com website and fill out the waiver before you arrive.
As a parent or guardian, can I sign up my child for the event and not be there in person? Can the child arrive with a group or with another parent?
Yes, but the parent or guardian of the child MUST fill out a waiver online prior to the child participating. On arrival, the child will need to provide the name of the parent or guardian that signed the waiver which allows Gotcha to look them up in the system.
What time should we arrive?
The event will open between the hours of 3-7pm on the date your school or PTA has selected. The one-hour special event certificate is good for an hour of play anytime that day.
Will there only be people from my school playing in the arena during our event?
No, Gotcha will be operating as normal with Walk-In play for the public on the day of your event. We have two large arenas and more than enough room for everyone.
Can I buy more than one ticket per person?
No, one discounted event ticket per person in each family is allowed. More play time can be purchased at regular rates after the initial hour of play.
Can I bring my own blaster?
Unfortunately, no. All players are required to use Gotcha blasters.
If we are required to use Gotcha blasters, are they cleaned frequently?
Yes, we sanitize each blaster and every pair of safety goggles after each use.
Can I use this certificate on a different day, or during another school’s back-to-school event?
No, this discount certificate is good for a specific day and only for your school.
Is there a charge for spectators?
No! We encourage parents, guests, and family members to come and watch. We have a large lobby with ample seating and a viewing area available to non-participants and family members.
We are sure there are more questions, and our event coordinator is available to help answer all of them. Please call the event coordinator Gotcha at: 253-987-6670
