Art Walk and Silent Auction

As you preview just a few of the great packages available at our Silent Auction, remember that you are supporting the children of Lake Wilderness Elementary School--and they deeply appreciate your generosity.

Silent Auction. Over 100 items available throughout the evening. Here is just a sampling of the unique packages and items donated for this event:

How it works. Auction items will be displayed on various tables along with a description of the item and a bidding sheet for that item. Simply print your name and bid amount on the appropriate item bid form. Minimum bids and minimum raises are listed on the bid sheets adjacent to each item. When the bidding closes, the highest bidder for each item wins the auction and purchases that item for the amount of their bid. Each table will have a specified closing time with a 5 minute warning announcement made prior to auction closing. Cash and checks are accepted for payment of auction purchases. Sorry, no credit cards. Auction items must be paid for prior to leaving the auction premises and all items must be removed from the site immediately following the auction. Of course, buyers are required to pay applicable state and local sales tax. Please note that all sales are final and every attempt has been made to describe the item or services correctly; however, purchases are bound by the precise restrictions specified by the donor. Closing times for all auctions will be strictly enforced.
